Last week I had my first ever wedding dress appointment with them and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed and felt very comfortable. Something in me knew that I was going to find my dress here... they have so many stunning gowns, so much variety.

A special thank you to my Bridal Stylist, Sofia. She made me feel comfortable, gave her honest opinion and was happy for me to try on as many dresses until I found " the one " Many dresses later and I found my dream wedding dress! They offer a range of affordable dresses and I just loved the whole experience with them.

Tuscany bridal was first place I went to to look for my wedding dress. 1 hour later I found and purchased my dress. I was served by Angela. She was amazing. She spent time getting to know what I was looking for and just knew exactly what to do! When we found the one I just wanted to hug her for all her help. I highly recommend starting your wedding dress journey here. It’ll be quicker than you think!!

I had the best and most wonderful experience with Lucy.. she was awesome, so experienced kind ,honest and went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for.. after cancelling my wedding due to covid and waiting for 3 years to get married I really enjoyed this experience with Lucy especially as I went solo trying on dresses due to family living overseas.. 10/10 for Lucy xx

Had a wedding gown appointment, felt very pressured to buy the dress then and there. Other bridal stores have been much more relaxed. Went back for an accessories appointment (for hair piece/earrings) and the assistant was not very helpful (had to place the hair piece on my own, while she made comments that they wouldn't stay in my hair, rather than try to help), didn't seem very interested in assisting (maybe as I would only be spending a few hundred dollars). Other bridal stores I had visited prior to my appointment were very helpful with accessories and spoke to me about what would match with my dress/hair style etc - Dion for Bride and Bride Selection).

Tuscany was the first bridal store I had tried and they were amazing when helping to find my dress. They really listened to what I wanted and offered professional suggestions. The dress I ended up loving was a polar opposite of what I had in mind. I can thank Tuscany Bridal enough for helping me.

I had the most amazing experience at Tuscany Bridal. It was the first bridal store i went to and was served by Carmel who took the time & effort to find out exactly what i was looking for. I loved the dresses she'd picked for me & there was 1 which was exactly what i wanted. However just to be sure, i continued my day shopping around and after visiting another 2 other stores, i knew i had to go back to Carmel as she was just too good and had found me THE DRESS - best decision i made & have no regrets!! Ladies, if you're looking for a store to go to for your big day, i can assure you, you will not be disappointed with the help and service you'll receive from Carmel at Tuscany. She's just so genuine and honest with the comments as she wants the absolute best for you. Thank you so much Carmel for the most amazing experience and service!!

My best friend and I both booked in an appointment on Saturday, we were very lucky to get Lucy looking after us! She was amazing with 30 years experience she knew the in and outs, gave us her honest opinion with every dress. Making sure we found our dream dresses was her first priority. Very affordable dresses too, especially off the floor and so much variety. After I found the one I couldn’t leave the shop without, Lucy bought us glasses of champagne to celebrate, couldn’t be happier with Tuscany bridal. My experience now a treasured memory!

Fantastic quality gowns. Waiting time for your gown is long but I think they work that out depending on your wedding date.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The sales clerks can simply not do enough for you, and make you feel absolutely at ease. I ended up purchasing two dresses from Tuscany, the second dress was only 4 weeks out from my wedding! (I'd fallen pregnant). They have an extensive range of dresses, to suit all styles and budgets. I cannot recommend Tuscany high enough, and would make this a first stop spot for all bridal shopping!
