Deposit still not refunded after a month!!! I'm so disappointed with the promise that they made, we paid a deposit of $500 only to cancel it the next following day because our friend said they have really bad customer service and product quality, they promised us to refund our deposit but after almost a month, there is still no refund and nobody brother to give us a call to explain why there is delay. We are soooooooo disappointed and not recommend to anybody who wants to get a solar panel!!!
