Joel MIRACULOUSLY RECOVERED the data incl. photos and other really important docs from my 2 failed hard drives.His expertise was invaluable.He is a wealth of knowledge of all things IT and always puts the customer first.Highly recommended. A great guy to deal with - Always very patient, trustworthy and at a very good price .

Tryterra Bonbeach retreived my data from a corrupted harddrive. They were "very helpful", efficient, easy to liaise with and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation recommemding them for computer requirements. Awesome. And we were remote - posted the harddrive from Sydney - it worked without a hitch. Got all my precious photos of grandchildren back - and all my documents (not quite as precious).

Thank you so much Try Terra, your service and advice was unbelievable!

My 2012 Macbook pro, which I purchased brand new in 2014 started running really slow and getting very hot in recent months.

My fans were constantly running at full speed and I was seeing the spinning wheel every time I clicked a file. Using my Mac was becoming unbearable.

Joel recommend I select one of their bundled fixed price upgrade packages, which includes a 500 GB solid state drive + 8 GB of ram, a full internal clean of the fans and thermal paste replacement on the CPU.

Apple suggested I rollback to Mavericks OS / Mountain Lion or purchase a new Mac. Then they quoted me almost double the price just for the solid state drive and did not suggest the additional extras that Joel provided.

I can't believe how fast and responsive my mac is now.
The fans are also back to normal.
All completed and ready for pickup the very next day.

I would recommend Try Terra to everyone.

We have been looking for a really good local computer technician. With TryTerra we have at last, found a business that has competent, qualified, customer-focused staff. Over the past couple of weeks our high expectations of service quality have been exceeded more than once with TryTerra.

First, Adam at TryTerra completed a complex hardware and software upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10. This included detailed customisation of the software environment, including integration of 3 different web-mail system with our Outlook client. This work has resulted in us moving to Win 10 with minimal learning curve.

TryTerra is co-located with Big Box Computers and Joel was able to source an upgrade to Office 2016 Home & Bus very cheaply.

Also worth noting is that TryTerra offers a discount to first time customers.

Our 2nd encounter with TryTerra was when our Allin1 desktop blew it's motherboard while preparing a presentation to be given in a couple of days. We took it to TryTerra in the morning and by 5pm Adam had done diagnosis and data recovery for under $100 which was outstanding value and efficiency.

It is a relief to finally find an IT support business of this calibre. They also support business customers and offer enterprise solutions which means they really stay on top of their game.
