Purchased a strawberrie e-puff disposable vap pen as soon as the staff gave me my change after purchase I asked if I can swap for the same but grape flavour instead of the strawberrie he told me he can not swap the flavour. When I asked for a reason he told me unfortunately no I can't swap flavour once paid. I am trying to quit smoking and I got mixed up with the packaging colours the worst thing is I didn't even leave the store I purchased instantly then wanted to swap.
