It was ordered 3 weeks before Christmas, but only arrived mid January. Nobody answered email queries over the Christmas period.
The ring started flaking and the red colour simply chipped and peeled off after less than one month of regular wear, with no accidents, or exposure to working with tools or chemicals.
When I contacted the company, they only said “this hasn’t happened before”: no offer of help whatsoever. They then stopped replying.
