By far, the best family holiday! We stayed on the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. It had 2 bathrooms and fully self contained. The pool with slides and bbq area just footsteps away. Great staff and value.

My family stayed here over a weekend. The outdoor area was full of play equipment for the kids. The kids also loved playing in the Club Turtle Kids Club which included cool activities such as the arts and crafts sessions and the Xbox games during the evening.

This resort is perfect. Great for families with younger children. With 4 swimming pools. Mini golf and 2 play areas. There is lots to keep your kids entertained. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff.

The resort itself is lovely. Beautiful surroundings, lovely pools, good tennis court and fun mini golf. Mini golf could be cheaper than $17 per family when you are staying at the resort. Room was the disappointing part. Great layout, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & very roomy. But kitchen was dirty & we had to re-wash all of the dishes. Curtains were mouldy & there was a large cigarette hole in the bedspread of the single bed. We were on the ground floor so we got all the noise of the two apartments above us. The main door to our block of apartments was next to our room so you got the noise from everyone going in and out. Surrounding shops were great and 20 min walk to Pacific Fair was a nice stroll.

I recently stayed at this resort and found it to be a very family friendly place. They had a large playground for the kids to play in, 2 pool areas for that accommodated toddlers an adults only pool and a pool area if you wanted to get away from the smaller kids as it had no shallow end. We choose to swim in a different pool every day and the kids loved it. You could also play mini golf and tennis at a small cost. We found the resort to be very tropical. They only problem was that if you had either a ground floor or second floor apartment you could actually here the people in the apartment above. All in all an enjoyable time was had by all.

Fantastic place to stay! Very family friendly, lush tropical surroundings, loads to do, pools, spas, cafes, putt putt, you will love it! Close to shops and theme parks!

My experience was not very good, even though I gave the resort ,5 stars. It is a great place for families, with lots of things to occupy the children. It is not the place to go for a quiet, restful holiday. The beach is also a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive in the car. There are plenty of food shops and take aways around, as well.
