I love coming in here they are located in a great little area with only a few shops so they don't complete with prices, all the items are really affordable. I love looking at all the jewelery items.

I go to Tutti Frutti every time I am in Albany, and each time I come out having bought something that I absolutely love. They have a great selection of clothes, and accessories, and very friendly staff who are always willing to help with whatever you need.
