I had an external antenna installed, a foxtel connection relocated and a data cable installed. I'm amazed to finally see professional technicians going back to delivering quality service. Throughout the process Sharaf communicated his recommendations clearly and provided solutions that were easy to understand and make a decision on. His team went beyond what was expected especially in terms of what the completed work looked like aesthetically.
Too often I've experienced contractors trying to do the cheapest possible job in the minimum amount of time. With the result being you never get what you've paid for. Sharaf and his team have given me hope that there are still people out there who take pride in what they do and genuinely want customers to have a great experience and receive value. We had a DTV reception problem with the signal weakening over time. A couple of channels started breaking up then dropped out completely. After a while all channels except for one were like this.

Sharaf and his assistant came on-site, measured the signal with scanning equipment and diagnosed the fault to the antenna. He tried three different antenna designs before he found the one that suited our area in Prahran and spent about 1.5 hours tuning the signal till it reached a level he found acceptable. All channels were available after that. We even got a second point active as a bonus on top of all this.

I found Sharaf's communication frequent and informative. I had a lengthy pre-sales discussion and he even offered to talk me through a few things to try over the phone before he came out.

The way he did his work was very professional. He was well equipped and used CB radios so he could be in constant contact with his assistant as they both worked above and below roof.

Apart from one slip-up with the initial appointment, Sharaf made up for this by rescheduling quickly and executing his job well so I'd highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mounting a tv high in a wardrobe with no visible wiring. Amazing result. Sharaf and his team worked tirelessly to ensure the positioning and the mount was the best that they could do. From a customer perspective I was delighted with the job.

Furthermore Sharaf showed initiative in helping us fix a problem with our other tv. We used to have to open a cupboard to access our Denon and foxtel boxes every time we changed the channel. This was both frustrating and unsightly. He installed a remote extender that allows us to now change the channel from the couch with the cupboard shut. This has transformed our tv experience. I thank Sharaf for his professionalism, initiative and dedication to implement a quality solution.

We had a Foxtel box shifted to where Foxtel would not install it. We also had an IR extended added to it so Floating TV remaind cableless.

We had new TV points fitted by an electrician, and after he'd finished we couldn't get all the channels. The electrician couldn't find the problem.
