Sharaf responded to my email request, to install a wall mounted TV for my elderly mother, promptly and then completed the job within a very short period of time. He was professional, helpful, patient with my mother's 'story telling' and completed the installation to a very high standard. There was no mess left, he had taken care with other pieces of furniture in the room and had thought of the safety and practicalities of my mother operating the TV. He also put the 'Fox box' neatly above the TV and all cables were discreetly tied together. Mum was thrilled with the job and I appreciated the care he took in making sure that all aspects of the job had been explained and completed in an appropriate time frame. We would highly recommend Sharaf and his guys to anybody.

Outstanding work. Thank goodness for Womo. Did my research and the reviews about Antenna Plus really were spot on. Don't know why but I just had it in my mind there would be hitches of some sort. But within a couple of hours of getting here I had perfect quality reception at all 5 locations within my home. They really do know their stuff. There is no way someone could do this stuff by themselves better or cheaper than a professional outfit like this. good businesses deserve to get reviewed and that's why I have written one.

Replacement antenna cable wall plate. Our TV started suffering from constant signal drop outs for no reason. Another unnamed Antenna company recommended to replace our antenna, roof mount, cabling and add a new provide an amp to solve the problem for over $800. Sharaf checked out the issue and simply replaced the spaghetti cabling and wall mount and we were back in business for a small fraction of the cost.

Provided a number of options for me to consider. Also helped me to understand the pros and cons which helped in selecting the right option.

Foxtel connection & phone connection. The guys had a very tedious task chasing cable through wall and ceiling cavities. The job had been attempted by another supplier who had made a complete mess of it. I remembered Sharaf had helped us at another property and done a terrific job, so we got him back to rectify this new mess we inherited, his work and attitude are exemplary. Coming across this type of work ethic is rare.

Called Sharaf on recommendation from friend. He turned up when he said he was going to, was polite, professional and friendly (despite being scared of dogs!). Checked over the whole house including antenna, house points and wiring. Installed new antenna and wires where needed and gave clear diagram as to what was done, and why.

Job was to finish installation of TV antenna left incomplete by another company. Contacted Antenna Plus through the quick contact form on website. Quick responses from Sharaf, time organised easily. Sharaf and his fellow technician attended when they said they would, and both were polite, professional, kept me informed about the job, offered choices, and cleaned up. The reception and channels were tested to ensure distortion had gone. I was very pleased.

The roof is being replaced at my apartment building and my TV had been disconnected in the process. Sharaf and his associate came when he said he would (which happened to be Christmas eve), checked everything out and identified the problem, which was that the roof had been laid over the cable. Once the roofing people came and brought out the cable from under the roof, they connected it up and it was sorted out. He also checked out the internal antenna cabling for completeness.

Called up Sharaf (recommended by a friend) after Foxtel said they couldn't do an installation due to poor signal. Sharaf was out in a couple of days, found perfect signal on our roof within 10 minutes, and then came out again and set up pole for dish and cabling for Foxtel tech. Absolutely fantastic service, terrific and quick communicator and just incredibly happy with final result.

Gee these guys are really decent fellows. Also came post Christmas day period they have an incredible work ethic. After
2 previous electrician company opinions about creating an Ethernet port downstairs that sounded dodgy (having to create a cable outside, drilling through living room wall), Sharaf and his co-worker found the ethernet wiring/telephone ports 'through 5 tiles in the roof'!, and successfully created a downstairs port with minimal fuss. They are also amazingly polite guys (e.g. ask for a 'towel' when drilled a new ethernet LAN port site to pick up dust/debri to minimise mess).
Use these guys for Internet ethernet LAN points creation, not just antenna updates/repairs. Jesus they're good.

Had an extra antenna point added into my mothers home so she could watch TV at night in her bedroom. Was some distance from the original antenna entry. Once completed had already said we would have some difficulties with ABC reception due to the extra loss and an old antenna which needed to be updated to a full digital as it was still an analogue/digital type. Sharaf was on the money and his experienced showed. We upgraded the antenna and now picture perfect. Mum real happy. Great work "again" Sharaf. Have already recommended prior to other friends and they to were also happy with his service. Highly recommended

Antennaplus installed a new TV antenna and mast after our old one came down in high wind. Sharaf was here next day to do the installation, and completed it all very professionally even in inclement weather. He was happy to give a quote over the phone based on photos I sent to him of the damaged antenna (another prominent installer would only provide a quote after a site-visit to the house)... a big ++ for convenience. Communication via SMS was prompt and clear, and the installation was done promptly and with no fuss. Highly recommended.

New aerial points on the basement floor of a 3 story building. Quick, efficient, and on time. Very good practice of texting you the night before to confirm they will be with you, and both times they came to the house (first time for quote) they were on time as promised.

The guys came and installed an antenna point for us. I was very particular as I didn't want any ducting to be used inside.

They got it done quickly and neatly and we are now enjoying our new lounge room.

Antenna Plus installed a new TV antenna on the roof and wall plate for a new television. They also provided clear advice on the best way to install the antenna using the existing Foxtel cable and clearly articulated why the position of the antenna was the best spot. They checked that the TV worked properly and were helpful positioning the wall plate, cords and TV. Plus, they arrived early (but with a prior courtesy call), were courteous, polite and efficient. I was able to pay with credit card and was emailed a itemised receipt on the spot. They also followed up with an email to check that we were happy with the picture quality given that the signalling in our area is quite weak. Great service.

Antenna Plus gave us a courtesy call 30 min before he was due to arrive. He arrived spot on time, and before entering our home was courteous enough to ask if we wanted his shoes removed, which he duly did. We had problems with our TV reception, he changed some leads on the antennae on the roof and the aerial socket in the lounge to get everything going. He also checked the signal in the bedroom. All done in the space of 30min, quick and easy, He didn't recommend anything we didn't need. Would highly recommend Antenna Plus"

We had these guys to fix our data cabling mess and later got them back to put up an Antenna. Very tidy elegant workmanship, highly competitive price and most of all works perfectly. Data cabinet completely gone and now we have a much easier to handle data set-up.

These guys are brilliant, they arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. I had numerous Cat6 points installed in total, five for data in all the rooms and four in the roof cavity for security cams, not a small job but the guys made short work of it.

The installation was clean and accurate and they were finished with all ports tested and site cleaned in half the time I had expected and the final cost was very competitive compared with other quotes I had received. I highly recommend these guys to anyone and I'll definitely be getting the guys back for any future work. Great work guys.

Pre Wired tv points very prompt attendance. When house finished Sharaf returned and installed external Tv antenna and ensured all points in house were working. He also fixed at no additional a swapped TV and Broadband cable points, that had been incorrectly terminated.

Called on a Friday to ask for a quote, and was happy to receive their service. Sharaf was able to come in the next day and complete a new antenna installation, tv port, and wall mount all within 2 hrs from their arrival.
