Matthew fixed my bad reception last Sunday night around 7pm. He was the only person who answered his phone and came straight around. I was expecting something major, but he fixed it within 5 minutes with his machine and only charged me a service call. He provided a great job and service. Matthew arrived Saturday as arranged, a bit later than the appointed time but he did call to let me know he would be a little late. While putting the booster on the antenna, Matthew also checked for broken tiles on the roof. He apologised that he didn't have any spares in his car and offered to come back and replace the broken ones later in the week. The TV is now working perfectly. I would have no hesitation referring this service.
