I've been with 24/7 Browns plains going on 5 yrs. I've been absolutely blessed to have Vanessa and now Jade as property managers, it's brilliant to have women that are fantastic at their job and are always on top of things. I'm definitely a happy tenant and will continue to stay with 24/7 realty browns plains long term because they making renting so much easier than other real estates and communication is always open which again is another great thing while being a renter.

I rented through 247 Realty in two different properties and they were great. Bond refunds were done in a couple of days, maintenance always completed and when I called property managers always willing to help. Great Agency..

Ive also been renting from this real estate, and they are very rude, unreliable and unprofessional. They don't bother turning up for inspections and as i like to be home when they come into my home Im constantly left waiting for nothing. All they're concerned about is the property owner and couldn't care less about the tenant.

Such a pleasure to deal with the team at Twenty Four Seven Realty! We have rented through them for 4 years now and have never had a problem. We are only leaving as we have purchased our own home but would recommend them to anyone!

Our house was left in perfect condition cleaned by a bond cleaner, and they claimed there was $660 worth of cleaning to be done by hiring some cleaner. They took over $1100 of bond for a house that passed every single inspection and was left cleaner than when we moved in. We understand maybe $200-300 if they are to maintain a standard but $1100??? C'mon that ridiculous. I can see they must be desperate for a few bucks as a parting gift for being clean, quiet tenants who paid rent in advance. Nice job. I talk to a LOT of people daily, and will be telling everyone of our final dealings with them.

Poor service, i had to request maintenance on my property in Parkinson over 20 times before i even got a phone call back. Six months later, stuff not fixes, no one had even been around. Shocking. I could have send them a notice to rememdy on a weekly basis but didn't. The real estate i am with now is fantastic, i have even met my owner, she is awesome....SOOO VERY HAPPY WE ARE NO LONGER WITH 24/7 REALTY

Twenty Four Seven Realty has been the most understanding real estate company, I have currently been renting through them for 8 years and to date I have had no problems with maintenance nor inspections

Just had to search for the address (because I lost the letter these guys sent) and thought I would leave a review because they are so worth it. I have been a tenant for many years now and would have to say they are the best real estate I have ever rented with. Any problem I've called with they have fixed it up straight away and are always good for a laugh. Anyone who doesn't like them have obviously not rented with them long enough to know how amazing and helpful they really are!!!
