Pest and building inspection Wishart area, pre-purchase. Twinspectors responded to my phone call immediately (am still waiting for others to get back to me). They were prompt, thorough, honest and helpful. Cost me $535. But saved me many thousands and a lot of heartache. Explained problems in clear terms. Will call again.

We purchased our own home recently and had an array of options when conducting the building and pest inspections. Twinspectors offer both services in one (very handy at this busy time!) and were pretty responsive in getting it done at short notice. There were a few problems detected and were really well explained to me as a bit of a novice when it comes to building issues. It actually resulted in us getting back to the negotiations with the seller for an issue that needed resolution. All up it was around $400 for both inspections combined, which is pretty reasonable in this day and age. These guys are recommended.
