I was to have plantation shutters installed. Was told it would take 4 weeks. Then told it would be 6 weeks. We paid 50% upfront. Then we were told the 21st October for installation. Husband attended the store the day before to discuss time. Was told the man who knew all about it wasnt in and would return our call. Our call was not returned. Rang today and was told that our shutters have not arrived and no idea when they would be coming. Apparently someone will ring us back. Very bad service, you have to chase them all the time and they dont return calls. Buyer beware
