I went there with Marc R. this afternoon and the man was extremely helpful because he replaced the tires right there and then even though he was busy.

I have been to Nick who owns Tyre Plus 3 times with 3 different vehicles now and each time he has been totally professional, really patient, never patronising, (which to a female customer in this industry, is a breath of fresh air), he's always managed to sort my flat tyre, or source new tyres for me that same day and has even dropped the car back to me! What a service - I'm really impressed - AND he gets me a great deal each time - and educates me about when I next need to come in to get my tyres switched around so they wear evenly, etc - I can't recommend Tyre Plus Healesville highly enough. If Nick's not there, Lindsey will look after you just as well. I wish more customer service was this good elsewhere. He should run a course on it!! :-)
