The management has NO customer service skills and was really RUDE when approached about a FAULTY tyre purchased from them. Was really dismissive and extremely unhelpful! I highly recommend going ELSEWHERE!

I bought two new runflat tyres for my Mini Cooper S just 7 months ago, but recently discovered that due to a lock nut being left loose I now need new tyres. This is despite only having driven 3000 miles on the new tyres!! To make the situation worse, when I rang and spoke to the store to see what could be done (new tyres/discount?) I was offered no assistance as they claimed they had not actually completed the alignment I had requested at the time. Then They hung up on me. Great customer service. I guess repeat customers aren't something they care about.
