Terrible customer service skills, Zero product knowledge. Took my vehicle in Friday for a quote on 2 tyres, They pointed out to my vehicle I said yes, then quoted me. I decided to go back this morning as they are the only tyre shop locally opened on Sundays. After waiting 30 minutes for them to open late and get the shop ready they decided to look at my tyres and then tries to tell me I gave them the wrong information!!!!!!!! I advised them my vehicle is running original factory tyres and they tried to blame me and tell me NO I should have a totally different tyre. Well after they looked at my tyre placard inside door they soon realised I was right and wanted a quoted on the CORRECT tyres.. Well again waiting further for them to look up the correct info like they should have on Friday they advised me they didn't stock them!!!!!!!! No apology No can I order them nothing. Absolute useless business, I don't know how places like this stay in business. Waited 30 minutes from them running late to open the store, Get everything set-up. Then decided to look at tyres and tell me I gave them incorrect information, When in actual fact THEY looked up the wrong information. And as far as the lowest prices??? NO WAY!!! Shop around. Don't waste your time going to this business. Definitely wont make that mistake again. I have NO AFFILIATION with any tyre places, Simply a consumer looking for a fair deal and a company with product knowledge.
