Cant agree MORE with the other reviews. These 'u need a fence' people are bordeline criminal. Took deposit, never returned calls when promised. Had Zero confidance that work would be done when stated, so i said i may just cancel with you guys. Their response done, we are cancelling the job, amazing! I then demanded to speak with the manager or owner, "he doesnt want to speak to you" was the reply. He finally got on the phone, as i wanted to let him know how ridicuouls his staff are, and should know whats going on. Amazingly he demanded my address to send me the deposit back, or he would hang up the phone, he had no interest in my concerns, he promptly hung up on me. In business you should always keep to your word, return a phone call, if a customer threatens to leave, you try your best to keep them and make amends. These clowns do the opposite. I cant believe they are in business. And going by how this guy operates, wont last. I have never been dealt with so ridiculously by a so called 'business'. Luckily i found another fencer, who came out the very next week and done the fencing immaculately. I paid him in full on the day, no hassles no worries. Run from u need a fence guys, run. Use anybody but them. Sharon was spot on, the owner is a pig, he can count himself lucky i didnt come down to their address him accordingly.

The company built the fence for the two properties behind our house which included our rear fence. The builder built the dividing fence in the incorrect position. They removed the survey peg and placed a fence post about 250mm away from it instead of in the same position as the peg. When our building was pegged out the boundaries weren't correct due to the rear fence post being incorrectly positioned and us having to have the property surveyed again at a cost of $800.00. When I rang to question them I spoke to someone who says they owned the business, he then completely denied putting the fence in the wrong spot, would not even visit to see the problem, just denied it over the phone. I informed him I would not be paying for it until he corrected it and thus I would not need to have block resurveyed he said no I will see you in court. No customer service at all even when in the wrong!! Our fence is in correct position which does not match up with the properties behind us as the plans show!!!! STAY AWAY, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

RUN!!! Absolute rubbish. The owner is a pig of a person who. It should be u need a bullet. Worst service, worst product and NO QUALITY GUARANTEED as they advertise. I can't warn consumers enough about this business. Get anyone else but them. Steve is the owners and if they could be banned, ban them. I have personally spoken to 5 people who say the same thing. I am encouraging them to write here as well.
