We engaged Upaveit to renovate our front yard, initial quote and advice was very valuable and trust worthy.

Not until the job started did we start to see the cracks appear. Communication was very poor, workmen on site were loud, messy and would only work a little bit and then disappear, schedule delays were not explained and we felt that we were constantly getting excuses and having to chase for progress. The job that was only meant to take a few weeks but extended to more than 3 months of waiting.

Although the end product is satisfactory and met our expectations, there is definitely some room for improvement with UPaveIt. We were left to install the final parts and glue on capping that wasn't done.

Attention to detail or customer care is not their forte.
