A stunning idea and I don't know why they don't do more advertising to let people know it's there. This gem of a little cafe is part of Williamstown library, so you can relax between studying, but it also has a back entrance and lovely tables and deck behind the Town Hall complex and the car park of the supermarket. It's main aim is to provide real jobs with real wages and wonderful life skill opportunities to people with a disability through the auspices of Yooralla. Young people get training and assistance as well as providing a needed service in the area. And all without seeming like "charity".

They have delicious fresh made foods for breakfast and lunch - tart and salad $8, and really yummy filled rolls. Also do catering. Coffee was wonderful and only $3.30. Sweet treats too. You can sit in or out on the deck area. Cash only and open from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.

I was served by a friendly young man and another skilled lady made my coffee and actually put three sugars in it and stirred it without raising their eyebrows at me like some people do. They have a coffee loyalty card and I'm sure I'll be back. Hope they do very well.

Approximate cost: $5 - 10
