In my opinion, George from Ultimate Crash Repairs would have to be the most honest, best priced, and hardest working mechanic/crash repairer in town!! Now I better justify myself . . .

A few years ago, I owned a Jeep Cherokee. Now this particular vehicle was renowned for spending more time out of action than it did on the road. Anyway, it did lead to me becoming a regular at many various mechanics and every time being very disappointed by the experience. I found that there are way too many dodgy mechanics in our sleepy little town and I couldn't get a straight answer from any of them and apparently there was no such thing as fixed quote either.

Then we found George . . . my wife had unfortunately had a little mishap in her Mazda with a shopping trolley bay and we stumbled across this little business hiding in a side street and thought we'd stop in to see if he had time to quote the job. (already having 2 quotes under the belt) Popped in, was greeted instantly by this happy little man, covered from head to toe in oil from a burst sump :) who was more than happy to have a gander.
Anyway, couldn't believe what he gave us as a quote . . . came in at least half price of the others and worked out less than our insurance excess. My first thought was obviously of disbelief but figured what the hell, and locked her in.
The job done was perfect and upon further questioning as to why so cheap, he explained that he already had paint for her car and where others may over-charge dramatically for new materials, chances are they already have it on hand anyway and that wasn't his game. He also managed to fix the existing panel where most would just go straight to the new one (much more expensive) as it is an easier option.

Needless to say, I was very impressed by what was my first ever positive mechanical experience. Since this date, we have done everything through Ultimate Crash Repairs, including 3 panel beating jobs, scheduled servicing for both vehicles, and minor touch-ups (brakes, etc) Thank you George, you have a life long customer in us :)
