High Pressure Cleaning
Re-bedding/ Re-pointing

ROOF RESTORATION PROCESS:

Broken tiles will be replaced.
All excess dirt, moss, grime and other contaminates will removed at 3000PSI minimum.
Old mortar will be removed for capping and valleys.
New mortar will be applied.
Flexible pointing will be applied to capping and valleys.
Sealer coating will be applied for maximum adhesion.
First coat of roof membrane will be applied.
Final coat of roof membrane will be applied.

The team from Ultra finish roofing are fantastic! From start to finish their customer service was outstanding, and the quality of workmanship Was to perfection.
