I have been to Ultratune 3 times with my car. Each time they have booked me in at the time and day that I wanted. They have repaired the problem first time and at the price quoted before they start the job. Car was ready on time. Once they gave me a lift to work. I like the follow up phone call a couple of weeks later to ask you if you are happy with the service...it gives you a chance to talk about any problems (not that I've had any) and shows that they care about their service and want feedback. I will continue to use them for my car care.
