Ultra Tune

Very Very disappointing Ultratune Corio, I could not believe the unprofessional conduct and behaviour of the mechanic and manager, the first time they worked on my car the job was incomplete, when I brought my vehicle back for additional work I pointed out my concerns but the mechanic showed none, after the additional work was carried out I decided to check it before paying only to discover more irregularities, when trying to talk to the mechanic about my concerns all he tried to do was lie to me but when I caught him out in his lie he turned and walked away. I tried to speak with the manager Andrew about my concerns he began arguing and yelling at me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if I could give half a star for that day I would.

Overall very happy as first time i booked the loan car, my service and repairs were done and i didn't pay more than expected and great service highly recommend

These guys really know what they are doing. They don't treat women like they are stupid or do they try and rip you off because you are a woman. They are very helpful, friendly and happy people with a great work place atmosphere. Definately recommend to all
