Today I experienced old fashioned service at Erina with Gemma and the crew out back. From the moment I walked through the door I was given first grade service. Everything was explained to me - time & cost - then I was driven over to the shops when I wanted to get a taxi. I was updated throughout the day, and then picked up when my vehicle was ready.Thank you.
Please also know that this is a new franchisee so don’t look at the old reviews which is the only reason I felt the need to have my say.

Excellent mechanics and fixed my major brake issue which didn't cost the earth

I highly recommend Erina Ultra Tune. I love my car and am very choosy about who maintains it for me. I have been taking it here for the past 12 years after moving to the Coast and having been suggested by a friend who has great cars. I have been very happy with their service and how they have looked after my special car.

I have to give a huuuge thanks to the blokes at Ultra Tune Erina. I dont usually write in to people but they were awesome! I was panicking because the car was running really really rough. I went to 2 different places who were really vague. I went to my local who said that it "could be this could that, no idea, could be anything". I went to another place and they said that "we could do some of it and then you still might have to take it the dealer". Im thinking engine rebuild, electronics, this has got to be bad. When I saw the guys at Erina Ultra Tune, the guy took one look at the model and went, "yeah these cars have this problem", did me straight away even though they were really busy. It was what they said it was. and it runs sweet now. I couldn't be more stoked! I know where I'll be going from now on. Ripper, thanks guys!!!

Terrible experience with this business. I was in to get my spark plugs changed and they made me wait nearly 5 hours in the waiting room, they were also rude to me and after the job was finally done they charged nearly double the going rate. I could not recommend this auto shop to anyone.

Not happy with this business. They have done the water pressure test in my car, but they didn't recognize the problem. I had many problems and stress for this. Just later, in an other business, they discovered the real problem. Also in the waiting room there was the pollution of the car, because they don't shut the door. Don't go to Ultratune in Erina, they don't care about your car, but just about money, causing new problems.

Friendly service, great breakdown of the service I got when I came to collect the car. During the service they phoned me to let me know about some parts they were replacing and to confirm the cost was ok etc - which was much appreciated. Would return here again to service my car.
