This place changed management a year or two ago now and my husband and I have been taking both our cars there since it changed hands. We have been very happy with the service, quality of work and price and find that Bernie and his mechanics are reliable, honest and trustworthy and won't rip you off. You also have the option of the use of a free courtesy car to use if one is available, whilst your car is being serviced. I have recommended Ultratune Lilydale to other family members and friends and they now go there and they have been happy with the service as well. I would highly recommend them.

Maybe my opinions on oil changes have become jaded from having lived in the US, where they take just 15 minutes, and cost around $30. You can guess what I'm going to think of an oil change that cost $170 and took 3 hours. If that seems acceptable to you, then don't let me stop you.

Did they change the oil? Sure. I didn't realize that emptying my wallet and wasting my day was part of the package though.
