this was my first experience with ultra tune, i will be going back to use the service agin for sure
I've had previous experience with Ultra Tune in other locations. I found this location to be less than stellar in their service offerings. They did not offer a loan vehicle during service as other location had. They did not want to give me, without insistence the company discount negotiated with the company I am associated with. Even though I scheduled an appointment for 8:00am, I was not able to collect my vehicle until 12:30pm (closing time) in comparison to a one-hour turnaround at other locations.

vehicle serviciong on saturday all vehicle ready by 12.30 pm
when booking in you must provide discount information not when picking up vehicle after invoice is written up
