I have been servicing my older model Territory here for a number of years and while they are often booked out for a week or two at a time, it simply pays to plan ahead and book in advance.
Anyway today I had an out of service electrical issue with my car and while standing in the reception and hearing that the team are under the pump, the duty mechanic said leave it here and we will look at it asap and order parts from Ford tomorrow. Extremely friendly service and problem was immediately addressed same day. Top service and if it was possible for customers to nominate VACC member businesses for the VACC Industry Awards, I would nominate them hands down. The guys always have tried to get the cheapest price (not always possible with older model cars) but I can't recommend them enough.
Yes I've posted this on a few reviews as its a good news story.

Mike and David are absolutely fantastic and SO genuine! Many car mechanics will rip you off, but these guys won't 'find' problems your car didn't have in the first place to make more money out of you. I'll never take my car anywhere else. Thanks heaps guys!

Fantastic service, had a check engine light come on in my car, desperate for someone to check it out the same day. These guys were able to squeeze me in on very short notice, and didn't change for it.

I've been getting my car service at Ultratune Prahran for about 2.5 years and I've found they're very good. They are reasonably prices, provide excellent service and perform quality work. When I bought a 2007 Toyota Aurion about 6 months ago they gave it a mechanical check over for me and didn't even charge me for it.
