I live in Clayton but work in Richmond so had been using a mechanic near work. However needed one near home and decided to try Ultratune in Clayton. Gary and Kerryn are always helpful, the workmanship is great, and as a regular customer, they work around you timewise when required. They have price-matched offers from dealers (such as Toyota) and won't start any work that may cost extra until they call and discuss it first. My husband and I both use them now and couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

An awesome experience overall. Reasonably priced coupled with kind and courteous service from the onset. Very helpful, dropped me back home on request and then even offered to deliver my car at my doorstep, which they did. Now where can you get this type of service these days at no extra cost! I Have experience service from top notch firms such as BMW and MERC... All top show, you get excquisite tea, coffee, and biscuits in the waiting room (which you pay for in the exorbedant hourly service rate), and your car gets a wash in the end but your car comes out with problems and I even had an instance where they stained my seats and denied it. I will continue to use Ultra Tune Clayton from here on. Btw, I'm a mechanic (in a different field) and I know a good job when I see one!! To the other lady who thinks she was taken advantage off... What a load of crap, why didn't you get your family friend to diagnose the fault first?? You have cowboy mechanics and also cowboy customers!! Thanks ultra tune

In my honest opinion, I have lost trust in this business. I felt that they tried to rip me off, maybe because I am female. A family member is an ex mechanic and I ran by everything with him. In a nutshell my car did not need the parts they said I needed. In my own experience here, I felt like I was taken advantage of because I am female.

I wrote a letter to head office regarding my concerns and they did not acknowledge or get back to me.
