I dont know where these negative reviews are coming from. I have been seeing Bill for years and have never looked back since going there. He knows how i want my hair cut. I dont even have to tell him anymore. His customer service is outstanding. I often stay back and have chats with him too. He is a pillar of the local community and my hair has always been cut the way i like it. The cost is 20 bucks. Not the cheapest ive seen but the ambience of thhe pplace and everything mentioned above make up for it.

I was surprised to see someone else had the same type of experience as me. I came here awhile ago to get a basic trim, nothing special. The price was $20.00 which was good at the time, but there are better options in Fairfield now.

The owner Bill cut my hair. I asked to just have to shorter all around, with no styling. He mumbled about doing something I didn't catch. I had to take my glasses off so I didn't really see what he was doing. I guess he didn't like my request because he cut my hair short all over with long, uneven parts in the front.

I was not happy, but in a hurry so I paid and left. If this was a corporation I would have complained to head office but there is no use telling an owner how I feel. He's been in business a long time so my opinion probably wouldn't change his ways. But I won't be back.

The owner is a bit vain, forces his hairstyle and opinion on you. He was too concerned with how his new spectacles looked I didn't really care just wanted him to cut my hair and stop looking at himself in the mirror. B grade cut
