Returned a part from underwood wreckers I bought yesterday.wanted to replace it for another part. Guy was not happy. Claimed I was 'trialling' to see what's wrong with my car. Told him I checked with mechanic & got part on advise. He refunded money but refused to sell me the replacement I wanted. Why are people in biz so rude & ignorant? 1st & last visit. Very FRUSTRATED!!!
