Matthew Ladds recommended that my insurance claim should be denied because he didn't understand which part of the roof the storm water had overflowed from. He also claims I said things that I did not say (the gutters were overflowing). UBS took six weeks to forward this cowardly assessment to the insurance company. Have had other, competent plumbers come and assess the drainage system, they do not agree with his assessment. I've had a hole in my ceiling for 6 weeks, and UBS has done nothing but suck and fail. STAY AWAY.

This company quoted around 50% more to do a job through the insurance company that I could have had it done myself. Who made all the extra money????? It seems the insurance company was ripped off.........
