Worst and most expensive hair experience of my life.
I travelled down from Geraldton because she told me "yes" she was CurlyGirl trained....she is not.

Talked me into subtle foils to "give your hair some depth"...which turned white blonde at the back...on dark brown hair....which she dyed even darker even though she said the swatch we chose together would go a bit lighter. I look like a spotted quoll.
$400!!!

She's just money hungry and extremely arrogant....refusing to refund me the $75 I respectfully asked for to pay a hairdresser here to fix it.

She just sent me the "before" pic she took, basically saying 'well it was terrible when you walked in'....yes, because there are no curly girl hairdressers in Geraldton!

She's also unafraid to bend the truth to her convenience.

Apparently there's an excellent hair salon right across the road. I WISH I had have gone there....ANYWHERE ELSE but to her!

These 2 ladies are absolutely beautiful. I have severe alopecia and they both go to an extraordinary lengths to make me feel beautiful from the minute I walk in to the minute I walk out.
They go above and beyond, with all their clients.
Its nice to see such professionalism.

I never leave unsatisfied. Staff are very professional and friendly, they always bring my hair goals to life.

Popped in on my lunch break, they fitted me in for a shampoo, cut and blow dry, I was very happy with the end result, looks amazing. A colleague from work noticed and complimented.

Absolutely terrible, they coloured my blonde hair and it went green after one day. They never apologised just tried to palm it off on the Freo water pipes (copper) they did re do my hair after I asked at no charge, but whilst most the green was gone it was still a very bad hair colour on the ends and compromised my hair with another layer of dye.
I have never ever had a bad colour and never dreamed of a so called professional salon charging top dollar would do such a terrible job. I won’t be going back!

Had my hair done here twice now, it’s a lovely salon with smashing staff. Isma is so helpful and does what you ask. My hair feels great and because of the products has a lustrous shine.

Unique Hair and Beauty uses CHI ammonia free hair colour. There is absolutely no toxic smell in the salon as they do not do any toxic chemical treatments. I have allergy and autoimmune issues and this salon has come as a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively) and is a wonderful find.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love my new streaks and haircut. Very professional and great coffee as well! Have found my new hairdresser. They do pensioner and student discount which is good as the prices are naturally higher for such products (they come from USA).

Really friendly atmosphere, great knowledge , great prices ! My hair has never felt so light And silky with the beautiful organic products . Listened to exactly what cut I wanted and turned out fantastic I love it !

I love this Salon. Have been a client for years. I value Isma and her skills. It’s a very reasonably priced salon for a High Street Fremantle salon with excellent products.
