I recently had a minor repair done to my car. While they did a good job fixing it, I found the service very poor. I was told it would take 2 days to complete - I called to check what time I could pick it up on the 2nd day only to be told it would not be ready until the next day. I asked if there was a courtesy car available as I had not arranged a lift home for that extra day, and was told that even if there was a courtesy car available, my repairs were not significant enough to be able to use it. They also requested I pay cash on the day, even though I had originally told them I would be paying credit card. Won't be going here again.

extremely happy with the job and quick turn around. My hail damage is all fixed and I'm back on the road while my friends were made to go somewhere else by insurance company and they're still waiting. thanks guys see you next time

The guys a Unique Panels were very helpful explained to me what I needed to do and how to do it, did a quote for me then and there on the spot and organised a curtisy car for me.

i THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE SOME QUALITY CONTROLE OVER PANNEL BEATERS! UNFORYUNATLY NOT. THEY DID THE WORST JOB i HAVE EVER SEAN IN MY LIFE! THE PAIT WAS NDESCRIBABLY BEYOND 3RD RATE THE LIGHTS DONT MATCH THE COLOURS DONT MATCH AND THE PANNELS THAY FIXED WERE ALMOST 8MM OUT. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM PEOPLE AS THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY UNDER STANDARD
