From start to finish, my bathroom , roof restore , external painting , plus my drive way renovation was a breeze the task was completed as recommended, on time, with excellent communication along the way, and to the best possible standard. United Trade Links just repainted our roof. SAM and David expert service has exceeded our expectations. The roof now appears to be brand new. I strongly suggest it.

In two weeks, the Sam and David team completed a full strip back and rebuild of two bathrooms!!! They're a well-oiled machine, with all of the trades scheduled to arrive and get to work on their part of the renovation on time. I'm overjoyed with the final product. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the entire United Trade team, particularly Sam and David. We had a wonderful experience having them renovate my home. The entire procedure went off without a hitch from beginning to end. The building was completed in a fairly short amount of time. When we visited our newly constructed home, we were blown away by how well everything had been done. There were very few touch-ups, and any problems we had were swiftly addressed.

Amazing. I'd like to express my gratitude to Sam and his crew at United Trade for repairing our leaking balcony. We'd had rain coming into our lounge room for years whenever there was a strong downpour, but we've had no difficulties since the job was completed. Sam kept us updated every step of the way and gave us choices when an underlying problem was discovered. I can't say enough good things about the crew and definitely suggest them.

Sam have a very aggressive tone while we tried to explain to him the job that was NOT DONE at our leaking roof , he yells and gets rude without a reason , he charged us 275 dollars And the roof is still damaged, he sent a guy who could not figure out the issue then they claimed the roof is perfectly fine, now I have to find another company to fix it and pay them again since he refused to refund our money , will be taking it to fair trade tho , such companies should not be here to scam our community at during crisis please save your hardly earned money and call a different company to do your jobs . Stay safe !!

In this day and age it is so difficult to know who you can trust!
Not only can you trust United Trade Links but they do a GREAT job and are very friendly and obliging to do business with. I don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Roof restoration work was carried out well. The end result looks great. Workers were efficient and friendly and did a thorough clean-up on completion of the work. A couple of unexpected incidents were addressed in a no-nonsense and amicable manner. UTL provided a professional service with effective communications. I would definitely consider using UTL again and would recommend them to others.

Pros:

- Responded quickly to initial enquiry
- Arrived on the day organised
- Initial gent who came to inspect was pleasant and concise

Cons:
- No spare painted tiles were left (as per our contract).
- Unfortunately roof restoration is not completed according to contract. Some roof tiles are elevated (ie not sitting flat on roof) since the roof restoration was carried out, which could be potential areas of future roof leaks (as advised by another roof restoration company, who I organised to inspect the roof restoration job done by United Trade Links).
- Initial concerns were raised by us with Sam, who was adamant the job was perfect. If this was the case, all chipped and damaged roof tiles would have been replaced (as per our contract), but this wasn't done (there are multiple tiles which should have been replaced due to being damaged, but weren't). I organised a second roof restoration company to give a quick assessment, who confirmed my concerns re: some roof tiles not sitting completely flat on roof (they were prior to the roof restoration), as well as pointing out some tiles which weren't replaced when they should have been. Instead, these damaged tiles were simply painted over.
- Since the second roof restoration company gave it's quick assessment, I have contacted both Sam and United Trade Links to have these concerns addressed. No rectification has taken place at this time, even though Sam has promised this would be attended to on multiple occasions (by promising he'd have someone out to fix within a short time frame).

I would be more than happy to work with United Trade Links to get this issue sorted, but unfortunately I feel that Sam and United Trade Links are not willing to rectify the issues they have not only caused (with some tiles not sitting flat), but also not living up to the contract (by repairing/replacing all damaged tiles).

As such, I sincerely hope that United Trade Links live up to their contract, but at this time, my wife and I are left extremely disappointed with the service United Trade Links has provided and angry that we now have additional issues that need to be fixed because of the roof restoration job performed by United Trade Links.

Their quotation was very clear and itemised well.
The workers were polite, well mannered and were patient with changes. We initially chose a grout colour that did not work, they removed the lines done in that colour and re did the grout in the new colour. We were very happy with their focus on getting the best possible outcome for us.
