"After speaking with many tradesman we were fortunate enough to find Benjamin, he promptly called me back and was really informative about the process. Benjamin went to our property within the week, grinded a sample and sent a picture to us along with a quote all within a week of my initial phone call. Once we made the decision to go ahead Benjamin worked in seamlessly with our builders, as we were in Sydney we were kept updated and sent photos. The result is amazing, we thought that polished concrete would be out of our price range but Universal Flooring was so affordable and the benefits of polished concrete out weigh the use of floorboards and tiles, couldn't be happier with the end result.
