Friendly, same day service. Fair price relative to other places. Was good they had part in stock. Needed LCD screen replaced. Unfortunately they could/would not unlock damaged phone (cracked and blackened screen) to access data without large expense so replacing screen appeared to be best choice. I was hoping to access data and upgrade to new, better phone but all the places I went to said the screen needed replacing first rather than offering a temporary measure for me to access the data. Now I have a new screen but there is something not quite right. Despite trying to adjust the settings things appear slightly smaller and some views don't fit perfectly into the frame as is if a mm or so is lost from the margin. So it appears that the new replacement screen may not be the exact one for my model phone and now the thin glass protector cover I paid extra for is starting to lift off around the edge. So beware.
