This is a great place for children's to learn fitness, discipline & have fun at the same time (ages 3 to 13 years). We go on Saturday mornings but there are week-day evening classes too. The Coaches are professional and cater for all levels from beginners. We can tell the kids have become confident from learning self-defence in a few weeks. The place is well established, popular and there is no pressure to perform. Warren, the former Olympian coach coordinator is a star and lots of fun.
