The owners really have to wake up and see without customers this place would not survive ,so why do they treat customers with such contempt, meaning they leave you waiting whilst they chat amongst themselves about trivial things like what they had for dinner etc no good enough folks WAKE UP!!

Slow service, sometimes staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving. A good range but ordering anything not stocked seems to be a problem.

Always friendly and helpful. Has a great range of magazines, papers, cards and craft paper. also have a good selection of gifts I have been using this business for 25 years and it just keeps getting better.

Service not particularly friendly, left standing at the counter for an extended amount of time although there were not other customers. Not a very good range of cards.
