DO NOT purchase vouchers from Groupon, this business has closed down. I called many times to make an appointment and it goes straight to voicemail, yet it still has their opening hours advised. Very surprised that they have not advised their existing clients that they are closing. There is no signage on their shop and nothing on social media accounts to advise that they have closed! I asked a local hairdresser next door to the shop if Urban Beauty was still open and they advised that the owner was selling the business.

I purchased an eyelash lift and facial on Groupon but can not redeem them as Urban Beauty is CLOSED. They do not answer phone and doors are locked. Their answering machine gives opening times. I have been to their premises supposedly during their opening hours but doors are locked. Surprisingly they are still selling eyelash lift coupons on Groupon but you can not get to use them!

I get my eyebrows tinted and waxed here. The girls are lovely and always do a fantastic job.
