The tiles here are as nice as I thought they would be when I spied the shop one night and thought I must go back there and sort my splashback. But on the day I schlepped all the way back to Richmond the people who worked there just didn't feel like acknowledging customers. After 10 minutes of being carefully ignored by the staff on the phone, the people chatting in the office and even the person who walked in with nothing else to do (awkward) I had no choice but to leave, baffled.
