I am appaled by the lack of customer service I received at this salon. It was my first time going there and I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to go there!!!! First off I was there for over an hour before I was offered a coffee or glass of water. I wasn't once asked if I would like a magazine to read (yet a client they obviously had a good relationship was offered one as soon as she sat down) I was left sitting there starting into the mirror listening to the hair dresser talk to other clients in the salon...
I had a treatment done that did not work. I followed everything they told me. Once I told her it didn't work I was then made to feel like it was MY fault! Not once but twice. The service from the owner was absolutely disgusting and I would NEVER recomened anyone to visit this salon. It was a wate of my time. She was clearly not educated in the treatment she provided and didnt even own up to it. Disgusted and disappointed is an understatement.
