WORST MOVERS EVER WARNING DON’T USE THEM they broke, chipped, scratched and damaged all my furniture they charged me over a grand for a 2 minute drive move as they are so slow and they had a brother visit so 1 stopped working and spoke to his brother for around 45 minutes and only 1 guy was working going to VCAT as my furniture was brand new now damaged not that they care I was told by Lisa everything will be protected they were asking me for cling wrap i had nothing I was moving out they dragged all my mattresses and couch through the dirty truck I can’t believe they are still in business

These guys were amazing! In and out in 4 hours, booked last minute, totally professional. Can't thank them enough for all they did! No job was too big or small for them, they moved some bulky items and many many boxes. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell services or anything, they stuck exactly to the time they quoted us. Highly recommend.

Great staff (had the pleasure to work with Vicky , funny guy), incredibly helpful with organizing my move from Sydney to Melbourne . Making the decision to move - especially during COVID was already very difficult but the team at Urban movers made the entire process a breeze. Also, the crew on-site was friendly and very professional. 100% would recommend them for moving cross-border during these times!

I was a bit doubtful about how this guys will do my house moving at first, but was amazed by the results. The guys were very hardworking, reliable, friendly and saved me couple of hundred dollars than competitors. The per minute billing saved money and they won't mind if we help them to save time and money.
