Ordered 4 honeybuns which was almost $30 delivered. When purchasing it said that these product have a short shelf life. No problem I thought, we would’ve eaten them immediately anyway. When they arrived the packaging showed there were 6 WEEKS PAST the best before date and were completely stale. I am talking as hard as a rock!! I contacted USA foods to let them know about it. They were not at all interested, were completely rude and said they were a perishable item, what did I expect? I expected they wouldn’t be selling any products that were unfit for human consumption. I had no choice but to throw them in the bin. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life, the attitude of the staff was appalling. Although there are other items I would like to purchase that I wouldn’t have this issue with, I refuse to ever support a business that treats its customers like this. ABSOLUTELY RIPPED ME OFF!!!

Not always the cheapest supplier of USA based brands but always has the biggest range and plenty in stock.

Delivery is quick and always accurate. Staff are obliging

We have placed several large orders with this company and have been very happy with our deliveries.

They offer a great variety of US foods for those of us who don't have access to it any other way. Everything from cake mixes, chocolates, cereal, bbq sauces to seasonal gifts.

Some items are close to use-by/expiry dates but they are usually stated in the description of the item so as long as you thoroughly read what you are buying you shouldn't be caught out with expired or expiring items.

They will substitute items unless you specifically tell them not to. You are given the opportunity to state 'no substitutions' in the notes section at the time you place your order. Again, as long as you read through your order, you won't be caught out with substitutions.

Shipping can take a little so if I haven't seen an update of status on the website I usually find that a quick email will move things along.

I have always found the goods authentic and of a high standard. Even close to expiry items are perfectly fine consume.

Shipping costs can vary depending on where you live but again, worth the costs for some US treat.

I would definitely recommend this business.

So many yummy snacks and drinks here that you can't really find anywhere else. This is the place to stock up on poptarts and twizzlers! You can order online also.

I ordered 5 bags of hot flaming Cheetos that had a "short shelf life" in the description. When they arrived yesterday, I opened it to find 5 bags of chips that had expired in March 2012. Yes, IT ALL EXPIRED 1 YEAR AGO.

Thank you USA Foods for sending rubbish at $7 each!

The USA does not put the year in on items that do not have a long shelf life. They only list the month and the day for items like chips, cheetos and a few other items considered short shelf. This is why the best by date is listed on the web, plus we have made a note that the item is short shelf. If my memory serves me correctly I think I resceived an email and responded to you in regards to this. Please free free to email us if you need more information

I found anything that had a resonable price was either short dated or out of date stock. - Staff was friendly, shop was clean, and the product range was pretty good. Wish they had a larger range of items

I placed an order 14 days ago and called up today to ask where my order was? I was told by the owner that it has not even been picked or sent out yet. I cancelled my order. Absolute terrible customer service. I think they need some competition in this country.

I am sorry that you think this as
we do try our best and keep customer notifed of any delays within the ordering process. We did have a notice, along with a special instruction section for customers to fill out as due to halloween and thanksgiving we were running behind. All we do is hope that everyone takes the time to read the post.

Love the range of grocery items available in this store. Prices are a bit on the high side but still reasonable considering the costs of shipping them here from the states. Specials are available for items close to expiry dates. Staff are friendly and always ready to help with any queries.
