Customer satisfaction goes out the window here. Salon is cluttered and unattractive. First and last visit for me...I now understand why the salon is empty most of the time.

Went to VIP for a cut and colour a while back. Called a number of times to get an appointment, it always seems to be closed. I was really uncomfortable while i was there, the salon is messy and cluttered, the sink was missing the neck rest so i ended up with a huge bruise. The cut and colour itself was ok, which might have made me forgive the rest except that i was charged an absolute fortune- the most i have ever paid! Will definately not be back.

Where are they?? Never there. I call various times throughout the day and no answer. On the RARE occassion I did have an appointment for a cut the salon smells of cigarettes and is so cluttered! Sorry VIP you didnt make me feel very important.....

Great service, good value and haircuts that go the distance. VIP are also really good at wrangling my two boys for their cuts

My experience at v.i.p was unbelievable,here is me going into a salon thinking yeah it is another salon but was i surprised!!!! WOW What a proffesional salon the colourist is just amazing i have not had a colour ever like i have at this present time and the cut is just to die for!!!
