Ifound this company on the website which also was set up very user friendly.

When I ordered my part with ease the follow from Kerry was very prompt. Next thing it was on my door step far quicker than my local service centre. The item was packed as you could see the care taken from start to finish.

You have my business for good.we have 5 vacs in the family and I am sure we will be ordering very soon.

Outstanding service!!!! Searched for parts for my Dyson DC04 which I bought new and lovingly looked after according to the manufacturer's leaflet. It was only through Kerry and VacuumSpot I found out I needed to check my exhaust filter (which I didn't even know existed - no mention of it in the leaflet!!). Kerry guided me to a Youtube video they had produced to check my filters. Needless to say the exhaust filter urgently needed replacing! Absolutely amazing customer service!!!

Fantastic to find an easy place to order bags for my Vax. I tried 4 Bunnings stores first and they just don't stock them any more! If it wasn't for VacuumSpot I would have to stop using my 2 year old $300 Vax.

My order was delivered to my address in the quickest time, price and contact was really good. Dealing with Vacuumspot was very easy , all was handled in the most easiest of manner website easy to use.
