Website was very easy to use and the parts were all available and cheaper than a local supplier. A well known vacuum shop didn't stock any of the parts either. I receive the package at my door al within a few days which was well packed so as not to sustain any damage. I will always use these guys. I purchased 5 sets of all the filters for the Nilfisk and my vacuum works better than when I first got it.
