I searched what I was looking for on the internet, as I didn't want to go driving or calling shops to see if they had my particular product. I found it easily, they were the cheapest online. I found it easy to navigate the website. When I checked out, I could do so as a guest or register (a great option as some sites don't allow that) & PayPal an option 2!!! I ordered at night, nxt day i had confirmation of order received, with delivery tracking info as well as contact details shld I need to contact someone! I was lucky enough to get NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!! NOT what I expected! How does it get any better???

I ordered the incorrect part for my vacuum. I called the office of spoke to Alec. He was fantastically helpful. To make sure we were talking about the same model he asked me to take a photo and send it to him. Within minutes the issue was sorted.

I live in a regional area without any Kirby service. I found Vacuumspot on internet and spoke with Alec re supply of roller and vacuum bags. Alec is very courteous and helpful and answered several questions re settings on machine. I requested delivery ASAP and parcel arrived next day via Australia Post.
I was delighted I could get genuine parts reasonably priced from a very competent
company and would have no hesitation in recommending Alec and his company to anyone requiring vacuums, service or parts. Alec is very knowledgeable and would definitely re-order with him.

Vacuum spot posted a great video on Youtube showing exactly how to take my vacuum apart and clean it internally. I couldn't source the particular screwdriver mentioned in the video so I rang them direct. Alec was happy to advise me on exactly what I needed. He even measured the screwdriver and told me where they could be purchased. Great service even though I wasn't making a purchase at that time. I'll certainly buy my spare parts from Vacuum Spot from now on.
