I had a problem ordering online but was called back three times (I was unable to answer the first two) and a helpful guy got my order processed and was efficient and friendly. When I said, apologetically, it wasn't a big order the guy said, no matter, happy to help! Good company that cares.

I have a Dyson DC08 that Dyson said was "far too old to get parts for, but we can sell you a new vacuum cleaner!" I don't know much about fixing electrical goods, but the instruction videos at VacuumSpot were really clear and they could still get a motor for the DC08. Took a little while to get the motor, which is OK with me, and the DC08 is now roaring away as good as new. Great service and instructions.

Responses to contacts is good but despatch of delivery is 7days, which is the longest delivery despatch I have had for online purchases.

They were prompt easy to talk to, excellent delivery time.
BUT unfortunately we had to purchase the complete assembly for the sake of a rubber band seal that deteriorated after time phoned hoover and was told bluntly that we had to purchase the complete assembly no reflection on Vacuum Spots excellent service.

A great way to by parts and consumables for older vacuums that are difficult to get elsewhere. Prices are good. Service is first rate. I communicated with a real person who resolved my query promptly.

After looking on line for a filter for my black &decker i tried Vacumspot they were able to supply the filter that i required on the scant information i could give them .
