I took my daughter for her 1st manicure and I had one too. We had just walked in off the street, but they had no-one in. He attended to us straight away. Was very efficient, but the store had no music and felt "dead" My 12yr old daughter complained he hurt her finger. The habd massage was appx 2mins. The end result was good. But I felt like we were being rushed out of there. They were more expensive than other places, so I expected a bit more. The only time he spoke to me was to ask for payment before he painted my nails! One of my nails was gouged within 5mins of leaving. I went back and he re-did it. But begrudgingly. I will not be going back there at the price I paid. UPDATE; 1/9/13. I removed the nail polish appx 2 wks ago and my nails are now BROWN and Tearing at the sides. VERY weak. I don't know what they used, but it ruined my nails.
