I love the clothes, cheap, stylish and well made :) a match made in heaven :D I never leave the store empty handed and the sale rake always draws me in :) the girls are always cheerful and happy to help.

it is good place for small ladies to find clothes with good quality and lower price. Items in store are also kept up with fashion, comfortable and popular!

Approximate cost: $100

the staff were unfriendly and a bit rude, when asked for a different size for me they huffed and puffed and it seemed to be an inconvenience. upon paying for goods the sales staff did not greet or even say hello, they just scanned the products and asked for the required amount

Approximate cost: $20

really unhelpful staff, they were more interested in chatting about what they were going to do on the weekend than in serving me. In the end I left my clothes on the counter and walked out without them.

Approximate cost: $-

What can I say? The clothes are fashionable and extremely well-priced, but the staff!!! Truly terrible service. Most of the girls are sour, rude and arrogant. You get the odd one who has a vague idea of what it means to be in "customer service" but most of them have no idea. It's like you, the customer, are an inconvenience to them. Once I went there 25mins before closing time, they had their lights off, changing rooms closed, and were literally vaccuuming around customer's feet. I had to argue with the manager to be able to try on a top, and she made me try it on in pitch blackness after refusing to turn a light on. This is the way VG "customer service" staff treat their customers on a regular basis. NOT GOOD. Oh yeah, and it took VG about 4 years to do up their changerooms - curtains were held together with blu-tak (disgusting), concrete floors absolutely filthy, men waiting outside can see straight into most change rooms, staff never ever cleaned them. Basically VG treats it's customers with utter contempt. The same company owns TEMT and are exactly the same.

Sounds pretty crappy. But you get that at most stores these days, i wish stores would train their staff in customer service, but they don't seem to being doing that.
